LABUKA Spracheninsel – Storytime and Crafts in English and other Languages
For parents and teachers of young children and elementary school-aged kids, the Stadtbibliothek (Graz Public Library) offers an array of workshops in English, French, and even sign language, as well as German.
In LABUKA workshops, a native speaker reads a beloved children’s story, introducing the children to new vocabulary through games, and finishes off with a related game or craft for the kids to take home. All the workshops are FREE – you just need to register in advance online. My dear colleague will be doing several this fall – check them out here!
