Event Invitation: Childcare and Primary School in Graz
On Tuesday, December 1st at 6 pm I will be speaking with Club International about the process of finding and registering for day care, kindergarten and primary school in Graz, Austria.
If you attended my last talk on Pregnancy and Childbirth, I briefly touched on some childcare options for the first few months of life. This time, I will go into more detail about the registration process and deadlines, as well as different options, especially for children who don’t speak German as a first language.
Topics will include, for example:
- Bilingual schools and special programs
- Transportation to and from school
- Open house periods and deadlines for registration
- Mandatory year of kindergarten
…and much more!
I will be joined by a representative from the Stadt Graz, who will be able to answer specific questions, as well.
Unlike most CINT events which are only for members, this event is open to ALL and is absolutely free. It will be held in English.
