Make-Your-Own Sushi and Maki
As part of our weekly workshop “Cooking from Other Cultures,” Active English is hosting a sushi-making class! We have been training hard and are so, so excited to share the art of making maki and other types of sushi with you. There is something for everyone (vegetarians and those wary of raw fish, don’t worry!) and it’s not as difficult as it looks!
