I admit it. I am a summertime grinch. I hate the heat, I hate the lack of structure, I hate the wasps. All summer long as people are sunning themselves and strutting around in tank tops, I am longing for crisp, cool mornings, knee-high boots and fall course schedules.Back-to-school time is my favorite time of year, and that’s why I’m so excited for the upcoming trimester classes at Urania in Graz, which start the first week in October. This time around, I will be teaching two brand-new courses: an A1 class for beginners and an advanced grammar class. Yes, I offered to teach grammar on Friday afternoons are people are actually signing up!
Of course, the A2 and B2 classes, as well as the North American Way for advanced English speakers, will continue. This trimester’s theme for the North American Way is: What the heck is wrong with the United States?!
Sign up now and I’ll see you in October!
Hallo Caitlin,
I love sommertime! I love the heat! I love the lack of struktur! I love strutting around in sommercloths. (The wasps I try to ignore)
But I LOVE the time when fall courses begin and the feeling that a new start is possible with new resolutions and new activities. For me it´s the real “New Year”!
I´m looking forward to seeing you all in the wednesday morning lessons, but I want to apologise for the first lesson. I´m going to a jouney to South Tirol for 5 days.
All the best,
Elisabeth
Hi Elisabeth!
So glad you are much more positive than I am! 🙂 I look forward to seeing you and the rest of the gang in October – have a great trip to Italy!
